    • The homeopathic system is based on the belief that the body can cure itself. Benji's Beverages puts this belief to practice by using natural substances, like ginger roots, plants and minerals. These stimulate the healing process. The ingredients in our beverages has a homeopathic reason for being there. All of our products have been tailored  for a specific effect, based on the unique healing properties of the ingredients used. also everything tastes delicious too! There is no dairy in any of our products, ever!

    • Shipping: Please allow 5-10 business days to process your order in addition to the shipping time. All products are made to order with love and care. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Our products are frozen to preserve nutritional value at its peak. If you select overnight please note that this does not guarantee your order will be shipped out the day you place it. You are responsible for all shipping costs as they apply for purchasing and if applicable, returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. 

    • We ship orders in the sequence they were received.  We do not offer guaranteed time frames for shipping rather we estimate that from when we ship our order to when you receive it will be a window of 1-3 days. Due to COVID, shipping carriers can no longer guarantee deliveries, even overnight. We do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible, but are at the liberty of shipping carriers. We track all orders and will reach out to you should there be any delays. All orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. 
    • Returns + Exchanges:
      Due to the perishability of our products we cannot accept product returns or do product exchanges. If for any reason a return is needed we will issue store credit to be used on a new order of products. We encourage you to look at all the ingredients listed in our products to determine any allergies or sensitivities you may have beforehand. If a return is processed there will be a restock fee of $70 to account for shipping, handling and product loss.

      Your satisfaction is our goal and while we truly believe that you will love our products, if for some reason you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you to provide just that.
    • Defective Items and Damages: We do not assume the responsibility for defective or damaged goods during the delivery process. If your order is damages during the delivery process, it is the purchasers responsibility to file a claim with USPS using the tracking number provided after shipping. 
    • Canceled Payments/Return to Sender: If you place an order, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order AFTER the 24 hour time allotted,  a restock fee of $70 to account for shipping, handling and product loss. .
    • Return to Sender: If a customer refuses delivery of the order and/or an incorrect address was inputted which results in being returned to sender, the customer will be assessed  a restock fee of $70 or 25% to account for shipping, handling and product loss.
